Our Services
Three services, each sized for a different starting point.
Whether your team needs a quick picture of where things stand or a long-run programme to build lasting knowledge habits, there is a Marrowdale engagement designed for it.
Back to HomeOur Approach
How we work through an engagement
Marrowdale's advisory methodology is grounded in the idea that knowledge management problems are usually people and process problems — not technology ones. We begin every engagement by understanding how the team currently works, not by prescribing a solution we have already decided on.
Each service is structured so that the scope is fixed before work begins, the process is transparent throughout, and the outputs are written and transferable. When we finish, your team should be in a position to continue without us.

Service 01
Knowledge Snapshot
RM 490 · One session + written summary

What you receive
- A structured one-session review of your current knowledge practices
- A written summary of findings — what is working, what is fragile, what is missing
- Practical suggestions ranked by impact and ease of implementation
- Clarity on whether a more substantial engagement would add value
How it runs

Single structured advisory session (online or in-person, ~2 hours)
Written findings and suggestions delivered within three working days

Standards
What holds across all three services
Client confidentiality
All information shared is treated as confidential. Confidentiality agreements available on request.
Written follow-ups
Every session produces a written summary of what was discussed and agreed. Nothing important lives only in memory.
Tool-agnostic advice
We adapt to what your team already uses. No preferred platform, no product recommendation with a commercial interest behind it.
PDPA compliance
Our handling of personal data follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act in all engagements.
Same adviser throughout
The person you meet at the start of an engagement is the person who runs it. No handoffs, no juniors doing the work while a senior takes the credit.
Adaptive structure
Engagements are structured but not rigid. If what we learn in session two changes the priorities, we adjust rather than following a plan that has stopped fitting.
Pricing
Fixed pricing, clear scope
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include everything described in the scope. No hidden extras.
